Newborn Portrait Session

Our newborn sessions are thoughtfully designed to create timeless, artistic images while ensuring a calm and relaxed experience for both baby and parents. Sessions typically last around 2–3 hours, allowing plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and settling your little one so we can capture those perfect, peaceful moments.

We recommend booking your newborn session within the first two weeks after birth, when babies are naturally sleepier and easier to pose. However, we are happy to offer creative sessions for babies up to 8 weeks old, adapting the session to suit their stage.

Everything you need is provided, including a beautiful selection of backdrops, props, wraps, and outfits for your baby. You’re welcome to choose your preferred colours, styles, and themes ahead of your session, allowing us to tailor the experience to your vision.

We love including the whole family in these special memories—siblings, parents, and even pets are very welcome. During your session, we’ll capture a variety of images, including baby on their own, with siblings (if applicable), and a selection of family portraits.

Each image is carefully edited through our professional post-production process and presented in both colour and black & white, creating a stunning collection for you to treasure for years to come.

If you have any personal ideas or meaningful items you’d like to include, we’d love to incorporate them—just let us know in advance and we’ll do our very best to bring your vision to life.

Following your session, you’ll be invited back for a dedicated preview appointment. This is a relaxed and special experience where you’ll watch a beautifully presented slideshow of your images. The preview lasts around 45 minutes and is often a very emotional and memorable moment as your story comes to life.

After your preview, you’ll receive access to a private online gallery, where you can view your images again at home and share them with loved ones. The gallery will be available for one week. There is no pressure to make any decisions during your preview—everything can be done in your own time.
